1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MadrasahSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

The Service is intended for educational institutions, their administrators, teachers, and parents/guardians. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Description of Service

MadrasahSync provides a comprehensive management platform including:

  • Student enrollment and record management
  • Attendance tracking
  • Academic progress monitoring (Hifz/Studies)
  • Parent communication portal
  • Fee management and billing
  • Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise). Billing is conducted monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for annual plans within the first 30 days. No partial refunds for monthly plans.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings. Data is available for download for 30 days post-cancellation.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purposes.
  • Attempting unauthorized access or disrupting Service integrity.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or selling student/parent data.
  • Uploading malicious code or viruses.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service, as governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service design, features, and code are the exclusive property of SoftUps. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTUPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
